Deleting a Quicksearch button
When you no longer need a button, you can delete it from the profile.

If you want to remove the button from displaying in the Searching interface but want to keep the button definition, you can hide the button instead of deleting it. |
To delete a search button
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Choose Profiles from the navigation pane.
- Locate the profile in which you want to delete the button, then from the Select menu choose Quicksearch Buttons.
- From an existing Quicksearch button, choose Delete Quicksearch Button.

In the confirmation dialog box, choose OK.
The button is removed from the list and will no longer display in the profile's Searching interface.
